How do you handle last-minute influencer cancellations?

How is brand exclusivity enforced?

What’s included in “premium hospitality,” and can it be branded?

Premium hospitality features high-quality food and beverages, which can be branded to your preference (ie: a signature cocktail bar for a spirits brand).

What’s the process for customizing an activation booth?

Our production team handles full design, build, and staffing or we can collaborate with your team if you prefer to produce it in-house.

Can we review multiple activation concepts before the event?

How do you ensure brand visibility outside the suite?

How is product placement in gift bags coordinated?

Are there additional costs for VIP transportation?
